Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet sales goals in a luxury retail setting. You will blend in-store service with omni-channel selling and collaborate with teammates to drive brand loyalty.

You will use mobile POS, read price sheets, and engage clients with fashion expertise while maintaining store standards and appearance. Flexibility for schedule and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic device literacy (iPad/laptop).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media and live-stream familiarity.
• Strong clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs, both individually and with the team.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and support inventory and merchandising.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives.
