Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet store goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, supporting daily store operations and contributing to team success.

Key duties include building client relationships, leveraging POS and social tools, and executing personal sales plans to drive loyalty and revenue. A fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Knowledge of social media, livestream/shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
