The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue. You will manage client relationships, utilize POS and digital tools, and contribute to daily store operations while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad, laptop).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling.
• Experience with live-stream selling or video demos is a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeats.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
