Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. The role blends luxury service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include representing the brand, building client relationships, and using POS tools for data-driven selling. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), and using mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• English language proficiency is required (noted for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs with teammates.
