Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Boston to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and achieve personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury service with omni‑channel selling, supporting daily store operations and teamwork.

Requirements include 1+ years in sales (luxury preferred), POS proficiency, and strong English. Flexibility for nights/weekends and a fast‑paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with live-stream/video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
• Maintain floor and stockroom organization and visual merchandising.
