Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and experience with POS tools. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Luxury retail background and social media/digital selling skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling; meet sales KPIs.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
• Maintain floor and stockroom organization and visual merchandising.
