As a frontline ambassador, you will leverage omni-channel selling, social media tools, and clienteling data to build loyalty and drive revenue in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background with social media savviness; live-stream shopping experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, merchandising, and daily store operations.
