Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Troy, MI to deliver a luxury, personalized shopping experience and help meet store goals. You will blend in-store service with omnichannel selling, maintaining brand standards and driving customer loyalty.

The role requires strong English, a positive, energetic attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including peak times and weekends, in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory management.
