Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Howell, MI to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will build lasting client relationships, showcase product knowledge, and drive revenue through omni-channel selling.

Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English skills, and familiarity with POS systems and live-stream or video demos.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail (preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high energy on the sales floor and support stockroom tasks.
Complete daily tasks including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Ensure floor and stockroom are organized and compliant with policies.
Process transactions and support online pickups.
Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
