Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop use, mobile POS, and price sheets reading.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live video experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
