This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build lasting client relationships, and use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and close sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad / laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising and stock movement.
