Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue.

In this role you will build strong client relationships, use mobile POS and social tools, and support daily store operations while maintaining a high energy on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and live-stream/video demos (preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and support store operations.
