Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Newton, MA to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience and meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily operations.

You will build lasting client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, and participate in brand initiatives to drive loyalty and revenue. The role blends in-store service with omni-channel activities and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet team KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Process transactions and assist with daily store operations.
