Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Newton, MA to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will blend in-store service with omni-channel selling, building client relationships and representing the Coach brand to drive loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos. Flexibility for a fast-paced store environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream/video demo experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations, merchandising, and stockroom organization.
