Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Locust Grove, GA to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

This role requires luxury retail experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers on the floor, via POS, and through social platforms while upholding Coach

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and work on a busy floor
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support inventory and merchandising tasks.
