This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships with styling expertise and drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations, while maintaining store standards and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
