The ideal candidate has 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English proficiency, POS experience, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
• Contribute to team goals and brand initiatives.
