Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet individual and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations with luxury retail excellence, blending in-store service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related environment
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS devices
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Keep floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow POS and asset protection procedures
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
• Assist with inventory cycles and product movement
• Support teammates as needed and foster a collaborative culture
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities
