Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will blend in-store service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires strong English, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to lift up to 25 lb and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation, basic tech literacy (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and support stockroom tasks
• Process transactions and manage returns, exchanges, and online pickups
• Support inventory and visual merchandising efforts
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives
