Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand in a luxury retail setting. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) while upholding standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions including online pickups and returns/exchanges.
• Support inventory movements and team collaboration.
• Foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives.
