Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a luxury retail professional to join our team in Massachusetts. You will represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through personalized styling and product expertise.

Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social channels to capture data and foster repeat purchases. You'll develop personal sales plans and contribute to a collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and luxury retail mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, professional selling environment on the floor.
