Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred; fashion knowledge a plus.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling skills are a plus.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet daily, weekly, and team KPIs and support store operations.
• Source new customers, follow up, and close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and stockroom; assist with replenishment.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, and online pickups.
