Coach is a global luxury fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated shopping experiences in a Tyler, Texas store. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omnichannel selling.

The role blends luxury service with teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Responsibilities include building client relationships, using POS and social platforms, and developing personal sales plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience and fashion trend awareness.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices for sales.
• Social media savvy with clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs with the team.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Process transactions and support inventory movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
