Coach, part of the Tapestry, Inc. portfolio, seeks a Sales Associate III in Fort Worth, TX to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet sales goals.

The role blends in-store service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will build client relationships, use mobile POS, and participate in clienteling strategies while maintaining store standards and contributing to a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices.
• Strong English language skills.
• Experience with social selling platforms and live demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily store tasks and maintain a clean, well-stocked selling floor.
