Coach Fort Worth (University Park Village) is seeking a Sales Associate II to deliver elevated, personalized service in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. You will build client relationships, drive sales, and support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand with style and professionalism.

The role requires 1+ year of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with POS and mobile technology. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience with POS systems and basic mobile tech (iPad/laptop).
• Wlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat visits.
• Support daily store operations, inventories, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team to meet store KPIs and brand standards.
• Assist in brand initiatives and maintain a polished selling floor.
