Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, familiarity with POS and social media tools, and strong English proficiency. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background and social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
