Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment in Florida. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet store sales goals, and support daily store operations with a focus on clienteling and omnichannel selling.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in luxury retail, comfort with POS and mobile devices, and a strong command of English. Availability for flexible hours including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or social media selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source and follow up with new customers.
• Maintain stockroom, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
