Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to omni-channel selling.

The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail sales, POS proficiency, English fluency, and comfort with live-stream shopping or social media. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
