Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences. The Sales Associate will deliver elevated, personalized service, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This front-line role blends in-store and omni‑channel selling with a collaborative team environment to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The position requires at least 1 year in luxury sales, strong English, and comfort with POS, live‑stream shopping, and data capture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, move product.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
