Coach, part of the Tapestry, Inc. family, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will engage clients with personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice, while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel initiatives.

You will build lasting client relationships, use mobile POS and social selling tools, and contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team environment in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Develop lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Handle daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following store policies.
