Job summary

COACH is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at Chandler Fashion Center to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires building client relationships, upselling and cross-selling, and using mobile POS and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Flexibility for peak times is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom, manage inventory and merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
