Job summary

Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to omni-channel selling and brand initiatives.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive cross‑selling, and use POS and mobile tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while maintaining visual standards and teamwork on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live‑stream shopping experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising)mooth
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
