Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in San Marcos, TX, to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and support daily store operations, including POS transactions and inventory tasks.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty. Prior luxury retail and social selling experience is preferred; flexible schedule required,

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
