Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS, iPad/laptop, walkie-talkie use, and data capture.
• Strong English proficiency; social media/video experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Represent Coach and uphold the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs for self and team.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement.
