Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet store goals. You will build client relationships, provide styling guidance, and drive revenue through cross-selling and clienteling across omnichannel channels.

Qualifications

Luxury retail sales experience (1+ years) preferred.
POS operation and mobile POS; comfortable with iPad/laptop.
Strong English proficiency.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency for EU considerations.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize clienteling tools and social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
Support daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
