Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with a team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, using mobile POS and clienteling tools, and executing personal sales plans while maintaining high energy on the floor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store operations and inventory tasks while preserving service standards.
