Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury retail experience in Atlanta. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and help drive brand loyalty through expert styling and service.

You will build client relationships, utilize POS and social selling tools, and contribute to omni‑channel selling while maintaining a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency and customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and keep the floor and stockroom organized.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
