Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in our Connecticut stores to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires strong English, 1+ years in sales (luxury retail preferred), and the ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; ability to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and mobile tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain floor presence, manage multiple customers, and assist with stockroom tasks.
• Support inventory and merchandising tasks and participate in brand initiatives.
