Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold styling standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and recommendations.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and data-driven insights.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
• Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
