• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain selling floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movements.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand trainings.
