Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Bloomington to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie‑talkie use.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and stockroom tasks.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
