Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand with a luxury retail experience, delivering personalized service and meeting sales goals. You will blend in-store service with omni-channel selling, using mobile POS and clienteling tools.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will support inventory, merchandising, and team collaboration to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent customer service.
• Experience with POS and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Familiarity with clienteling, data capture, and social selling.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; assist teammates as needed.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
