Coach is a global fashion house offering luxury retail experiences and omnichannel service. This Sales Associate role develops lasting client relationships, delivers personalized styling, and drives sales while mastering POS tools and product knowledge.

You will support daily store operations, participate in brand initiatives, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy team environment. 1+ years of sales experience with luxury retail preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Assist teammates in functional areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
