Coach in Clinton, CT is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omnichannel activities.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail sales, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English communication. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods; passion for fashion and client relationships a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie‑talkie use.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb occasionally), and stand long hours.
• Strong English proficiency and customer-service orientation.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy selling environment and manage multiple customers.
