Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front‑line ambassador and deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations, blending in omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ year of luxury retail sales, strong English, and comfort with POS and live‑stream shopping or video demos.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency, and price sheets read.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
Foster a collaborative environment; participate in brand initiatives and training.
