Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPI targets.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory and merchandising tasks.
