This role blends clienteling with brand storytelling, requires strong English, 1+ years in luxury retail, and comfort with live‑stream shopping or video demos; flexibility for schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and data capture.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live‑stream/video demos experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain service standards while handling operations and stockroom.”
