• Proven ability to deliver training and coaching that drives visible, lasting behaviour change.
• Deep understanding of selling ceremony, client experience, and luxury service standards.
• Energetic, credible presence in boutique — able to inspire teams and earn trust quickly.
• Strong organisational skills: able to manage a complex travel and delivery calendar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and coaching in boutiques across USA— present, energised, engaged and brand-aligned.
• Conduct floor observations and give precise, constructive feedback to individuals and team managers.
• Adapt style and tone to different audiences — from new joiners to senior sales associates.
• Be a visible, credible, and inspiring presence in every boutique you visit.
• Roll out HQ-designed training programmes with fidelity and local relevance.
• Plan and manage your training calendar across the zone.
• Brief and support store managers before and after training sessions.
• Monitor and report training KPIs: floor observation scores, behavioural assessments, post-training surveys.
• Identify underperformance patterns and elevate with solutions, not just problems.
• Share field observations and store-level insights with the HQ training team.
