Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and aim to meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Support daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and cash wrap.
