Job summary

Coach in the United States is seeking a brand-focused sales associate to deliver exceptional service on the floor. You will build client relationships, provide product expertise, and drive sales through personalized styling, cross-selling, and social selling.

You will operate POS systems, manage daily tasks, assist with inventory, and uphold visual standards. A minimum of 1 year luxury retail experience and strong English skills are preferred; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom; support inventory and visual merchandising.
